This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name www.gentrius-solutions.com (“Website”), including the related mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).

The Platform is owned by Gentrius Solutions, established in 2022 by Aswathy Ashok, Minu N Mohan, and Syama K P, having its registered office at 1st Floor Amballur Janatha service co-operative Bank Millungal Jn. Kanjiramattom Ernakulam, 682315 (hereinafter referred to as “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these Terms constitute your binding obligations.

    These Terms of Use relate to your use of our website and services (collectively, “Services”), which include but are not limited to:

    Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you are rejected. These Terms may be modified at any time without prior notice. You are advised to review them periodically.
  5. DEFINITIONS
    For the purpose of these Terms:
    • “You”, “User” shall mean any individual or entity using the Platform
    • “Services” refers to all offerings provided by Gentrius Solutions
  6. USER AGREEMENT: ACCESSING, BROWSING OR USING THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL TERMS BELOW. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
  7. The use of Platform and/or availing of our Services is subject to the following Terms of Use:

      • We do not promote plagiarism.
      • Students are responsible for submitting their own work.
      • Services are designed to enhance practical learning and industry readiness.
    • 3.
      No Guarantee Clause: We do not guarantee:
      • Academic grades or results
      • Job placement or employment outcomes

      All services are provided on a best-effort basis aligned with our mission of skill development.

      Use at Your Own Risk: Your use of the Platform and Services is at your own discretion. You are responsible for evaluating whether our services meet your requirements.
    • 5.
      Intellectual Property Rights: All content including Training materials, Project codes, Documents, Website design are proprietary to Gentrius Solutions. Unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
    • 6.
      Payments & Fees:
      • Users agree to pay applicable fees for services
      • Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated
      • Non-payment may result in suspension of services

      Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
      • Use services for illegal or unethical purposes
      • Misuse academic content
      • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
      • Share or resell our materials

      Third-Party Links: The Platform may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their policies or content.

      Service Engagement: By enrolling in any training, project, or service, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Gentrius Solutions.

      Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gentrius Solutions and its team from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from Violation of these Terms, Misuse of services, or Violation of any law or third-party rights.

      Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, technical failures, etc.).

      Limitation of Liability: Gentrius Solutions shall not be liable for Academic outcomes, Career results, Indirect or incidental damages.
    • 13.
      Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services in case of Violation of terms, Misconduct, or Non-payment.
    • 14.
      Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
    • 15.
      Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
